Step 1. 

Make sure to add your full business name to the “Name” fieldin the "Options" section. To find "Options," tap the three lines in the top right corner of the IOS app, followed by "Settings" which will appear at the bottom of the screen next to a gear. If you're on Android, tap the three dots in the corner. Your business or name will appear under your profile picture and under your username in search.

Step 2. 

Make sure your profile is public. To make your profile public, open Instagram, open "Options," and make sure "Private Account" is turned off.
